Interesting discovery for the 30 line is that both inbound and outbound experience either high numbers of boarding or departing passengers; the only exception was the Stockton St & Sacramento St stop, which saw close to 50/50 boarding and departing numbers. Inbound stops typically saw greater boarding numbers, comprising around 50-75% of the total ridership in each stop. The outbound stops typically saw greater departing numbers, which comprised 75%+ of ridership for each stop.

The baseline distribution model below only contains inbound stops that show the expected hourly departing weekday ridership (blue) versus the actual departing ridership observed (red) at each stop using SFMTA data. The Chinatown stops (26-28) stand out with the deepest colors, reflecting higher levels of activity relative to other points along the line.
